About
Since I was a wee tyke, I have always considered myself an artist. I was introduced to graphic design in high school (1996) and have never looked back. I earned my degree in graphic design and visual communication in 1999 and was promptly hired as an intern for Brady Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I was thrown into the digital world creating and maintaining the company websites - all nine of them. After officially getting hired full-time, and designing and producing web and interactive media for five years, I wanted to expand my skills to involve the print world. I left Brady with hopes of doing just that.
I was offered a position with Gardner Bender, a branch of Actuant Corporation, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as a Production Artist. Shortly after joining Gardner Bender, I was asked to take on design responsibilities for packaging, flyers, displays, direct mail and much more. I really learned a lot from this company and the people I was fortunate enough to work with. After just one short year, I was offered a position at an advertising agency that I couldn't refuse.
Since March of 2005, I have worked as a production artist at a large independent advertising agency in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It really is a treat to work on such a large variety of clients including: ACH Foods (Spice Islands, Fleischmann's Yeast, Pataks, Karo, Mazola), Bombardier (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am ATV, Evinrude, Spyder), Johnsonville, Tenneco (Monroe, Walker, DuPont), Bissell, Mohawk, GE Medical, Ethicon and Kohl's to name a few.
I have been taking on freelance design and production work since 1998. I have a wonderful mix of web and print clients that have been with me for many years. If you have any projects that you would like me to quote, feel free to contact me. I'm always looking for fun new projects and clients!
